Elevate is used as the login platform for users to get into meetings.  SOA handles registration on their side and will pass along the registration list the day before the webinar.

Typical Hybrid Events: at least 4 per year: LAS May, Health June, Val Act August, Annual Meeting October (locations move every year) plus some other one-off events

Run through MC2.0 with same Elevate login set up as regular webcasts
Typically 4 sessions over 2 days (2 sessions per day), each session has its own registration
